You’ve probably guessed already that these things aren’t pizzas, but are in fact scallion pancakes.
Located right next to the Shilin MRT station, it’s a good place to come to if the night market has yet to open and you’re feeling peckish.
If you don’t know what scallion pancakes are, they’re a doughy mix with scallion, filled with egg and flavoured with fresh basil. This is one of the best stalls to try these delicious snacks from.
They don’t serve many varieties of them, but you can choose to add cheese and chilli sauce to give it some heat.
